October 2014: A Month In Review

The majority of October was so unsettled weather-wise that photographic opportunities seemed to come further and farther between. But on the days that were bright and sunny? I did manage to get out and photograph some things that were rather unique. That included some vibrant autumn foliage. And last Sunday I encountered a rainbow-a rare thing for sure and something I barely have a chance to photograph. Enjoy these views of the tail end of the month.

June 2007: How I Got My Photographic Groove Back!

Eight years ago this year,I was just entering back into the world of pro oriented photography with the acquisition of my Olympus E500 DSLR camera. It was my very first camera of this type. And in a way meant relearning everything I'd understood about photography. Due to the weather creating multiple barriers to any new photographic content? I wanted to explore photographs I took in June 2007-at the beginning of particularly strong photographic learning curve for me.

Several of the blog are going to include the introduction of a new interactive element. One recommended to me by my aunt. They will include two photographs of the same subject from a different viewpoint. And I will be asking you,the viewer,to select which one you prefer. Since Blogger currently doesn't have a polling option, please use the comment section to make your choice. That being said? Please enjoy this photographic blast from my past!

And now it's time for the interactive element of this blog! From top to bottom,I'll be presenting three sets of photographs. For each one-with the photo on the top being Photo#1 and the one on the bottom being Photo#2? Please let me know in the form of a comment here on Blogger which photo you prefer! Have fun!
